2022 Mid-year Review
We are delighted to present our essential and significant results for this year.

- We successfully migrated the e-mail service of a client in the pharmaceutical industry to Exchange Online
- Rostislav Rusinov, Yordan Todorov, and Nikolay Sharkov became internal information security auditors, successfully passing ISO 27001:2013 internal auditor of information security management systems
- We helped one of our large clients to make full use of their Microsoft 365 services in collaboration with contractors and partners
- Together with SUIS, we participated in internal information security audits of I3T, Comsoft, and the Bulgarian Food Safety Association
- We successfully migrated the physical servers of a customer in the pharmaceutical industry to the cloud (Azure)
- We built and deployed a Microsoft 365-based collaboration platform at the Collaborative National Oncology Network (CNON)
- We implemented an integrated management system covering ISO 9001, 20000, and 27001 standards
- We implemented real-time online voting in ARPharM’s 2022 General Assembly elections
- We assessed the level of our processes according to the standards ISO 9001, 20000, and 27001 with the help of SUIS who did an internal audit for us
- We built an information security management system aligned with the ISO/IEC 27001 standard at “Ortomed” Medical Center
- Developed and implemented MY ITSM system based on Microsoft Power Platform for technological implementation of ISO 9001, 20000, 27001
- Implementation of the Siemens Magnetic Resonance Scanner in USBALO BB
- We have successfully migrated the physical ISS servers to the cloud (Azure)
- Construction of a new structural cable system in USBALO BB and BULBIO
- Building server and network infrastructure for SCADA systems at a client in the pharmaceutical industry
- We implemented Cloudockit tools to provide better services
- Implementation of the Identity Provider for eduGAIN at the Telematics Laboratory at the BAS
- Construction in Azure of a new SCADA environment of 10 servers satisfying a modern business continuity plan
- Design and configuration of Microsoft Active Directory for 5000 users in the Medical University of Pleven
- Implementation of Identity Provider for eduGAIN in the University
- Design and configuration of Azure Active Directory and Azure Security to protect identities in Microsoft 365 and on-premises Active Directory
- Configuration of M365 services – Teams, Sharepoint, One Drive in Pleven’s University
- Configuration and migration to Exchange Online of 5000 users
- Opened office in Paris, France
- Included in the Future 4 Care Health Ecosystem
- Established a strategic partnership with International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement
- Achieved 13 Veeva Approved Email certifications
- Announced as a Microsoft Partner of the Year for Bulgaria
- Achieved 13 Closed-loop marketing certifications
- Have been the most certified company in the world
