The hOPTin (hOspital Process opTimization) project is a pilot based on the Value-based Health Care concept to improve healthcare quality and patient experience. It aims to minimize costs and improve the efficiency of hospital services.
The project has been in effect for 2 years and aims to improve the overall patient journey and outcomes. Bulgarian Lymphoma Patient’s Association is participating as a key partner, and the project as a whole is funded by the Association of Research-Based Pharmaceutical Manufacturers in Bulgaria (ARPharM). The Bulgarian Medical Association supports ‘hOPTin’ as an official partner and participates in its activities and events.
