This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by MY Synergy Ltd. and our affiliates (collectively "MY Synergy", "we", "us" or "Our") when you visit our websites (.bg, .eu, .uk, .fr, and .us domains), subdomains and any associated websites and web-based applications (collectively, the "Website"), as owned and operated by MY Synergy Ltd. or otherwise interact with us.
In carrying out its activities, MY Synergy Ltd. processes personal data of people who have used the contact form available on the Website when receiving a request, message or other statement submitted via the contact form, in compliance with its legal obligations and in accordance with the provisions of this Policy.
The personal data of individuals who have used the contact form available on the MY Synergy website that we process are: names, job title (if provided by the individual), affiliated organization (if provided by the individual), contact details (email address and telephone number) and inquiry content.
Providing your data is voluntary and at the same time absolutely necessary in order for you to use the functionalities of the contact form. In this regard, we also inform you that you can use the contact form features and MY Synergy Ltd. can prepare a response to your inquiry, message or other statement only if we have the personal data you have provided. In case you do not want to provide your personal data, we inform you that you will not be able to use the contact form features.

We inform you that you have the right to request from MY Synergy Ltd. access to correction or deletion of personal data, restriction of the processing of the personal data provided, the right to object to the processing, the right to data portability and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. In cases where the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. You can withdraw your consent in one of the following ways: by sending an explicit request to the following email address: office@mysynergy.eu or in writing to the following address: 251G Okolovrasten pat Str., MM Business Center, fl. 6, office 602, p.c. 1766, Sofia, Bulgaria. Please note that the subsequent withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out by MY Synergy Ltd. up to that point.
In cases where you believe that MY Synergy Ltd. is violating your legal rights regarding the collection, processing and storage of the personal data you have provided, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission or the competent courts. Moreover, you have the right to file a complaint in which you can set out your complaints.
This Privacy Policy of MY Synergy Ltd. is effective as of June 1, 2022 and may be changed periodically, of which you will be notified by email or other appropriate means.
