AI Supports Exam Preparation at Medical University – Pleven

An AI-powered solution developed by MY Synergy is helping lecturers at the Faculty of Pharmacy at Medical University – Pleven automate the preparation of exam materials and make better use of the university’s existing academic content.
The solution uses textbooks, lectures, presentations, guidelines, and other materials provided by the university to generate different types of exam questions, tests, case studies, and practical assignments. It also enables content to be organised by topic and lecture, multiple question versions to be created, and materials to be adapted for different groups of students.
Initially implemented for the discipline of Social Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Legislation, the solution significantly reduces the time required to prepare exam materials while creating a foundation for broader AI adoption across other disciplines and faculties.
The project builds on MY Synergy’s previous AI collaboration with Medical University – Pleven, including the implementation of an AI-powered academic research and digital library platform.
As Mladen Georgiev, Managing Partner at MY Synergy, explains, the role of AI in education is not to replace lecturers, but to give them more time for high-value activities such as teaching, mentoring, and working directly with students.
