2022: Year Review

The past year was intense and also brought incredible opportunities for positive change. 2021 was a year of challenges, growth, innovations, and improvements for all of us at MY Synergy. We are welcoming 2022 with a short recap of our achievements:
– Our innovative patient support platform MY Care PSP successfully went live after only 3 months of development
– Our vaccine monitoring platform MY Care V successfully went live. It is used by a nationally significant organization
– We are now certified as a Microsoft Gold Partner
– We optimized & improved ITSM with an uncompromised value that creates a synergy between IT and business needs in our clients’ organizations
– Successfully created and implemented an innovative approach for Application Lifecycle Management for Power Platform using Azure DevOps
– The number of our clients increased 2 times compared to 2020
– Our Azure services scale expanded 10 times
– We migrated and actively supported 4k users on Microsoft 365 platform which is a 400% increase from 2020
– Our team expanded 4 times
– Our team members completed more than 30 courses and certifications during 2021 because Philomathy is part of our culture
